Our interactive tools operate on a freemium model:

  • Anonymous use: You may use each tool up to 3 times without registering.
  • Registration: After 3 free uses of a tool, you must create a free account to continue using it without limits.
  • Account responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse of the tools (e.g., automated bulk usage intended to circumvent the free-use limits).

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUSTLEPROMPT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
