• 1.5 Talk to Clients in Business Language (7 min) — translate “AI features” into booked jobs and hours given back, with word-for-word scripts.
• 1.6 Build the Instant Lead Response System (10 min) — the capstone: instant reply, owner alert, scheduled follow-up, and a failure alert — the full system, start to finish.

One detail matters here: on n8n, one execution is one full workflow run, however many steps it has. A 20-step system costs the same as a 2-step one — which is why the running costs of a small agency stay near zero even as clients pile up.
